Beskrivelse af koncept

We are looking for a Master Franchisee in Denmark. A master franchisee acquires the exclusive right to use:

-  The MBE Brand
-  The business concept
-  The know-how to develop and support a network of

MBE Centers
Since the beginning of the MBE journey, master franchisees are assisted and supported by the worldwide development team. Full support is given during the pre opening phase, in the design and construction area, learning and development, initial training, building of marketing plan and break even point analysis. The support is structured on step by step procedure following, for each phase of the master franchisee’s journey. During the onboarding, after the finalization of the store design, an in-store training is given to the master franchisee, 5 days in Barcelona and 5 in Milan, in order to get familiar with the day to day store operations. Also ongoing training about operations, online and offline marketing, sales and all the aspects a master franchisee and the franchisees under his/her umbrella might need, are given on a constant basis. Regional meetings are also held with master franchisees twice a year, in order to identify best practices, exchange ideas and thoughts among the network and share updates from MBE Worldwide about the industry and business.

-  Capital to grow the business: Some capital in order to be able to support the growth of the brand in the territory would be required, keeping in mind that investment capability is not the most important aspect to become a ML

-  Leadership: In order to motivate the team that is going to support you

-  Team player: In order to be able to create halchemy with the network

-  Strong work ethic: In order to stand out from the crowd for your motivation and determination in the daily operations

-  Marketing mindset: In order to be able to understand the specificities and singularities of the local territory, to adapt strategy and operations accordingly

-  Goal oriented mindset: To set ambitious goals, and achieve them!

-  People skills: Honesty, altruism, passion, leadership and social fiber
